Pace chart

Here’s a very helpful link to a pacing chart:

Tomorrow we will be doing a multi paced, multi distance workout. I use this chart to calculate your paces so you’ll know your target times through each 200, 400, etc. I’ll have this chart with me, so you’ll be able to consult it throughout the workout.

Tomorrow we will be doing 1200-1000-800-400-200-400 with decreasing rest.

1200 and 1000 @ 5K pace
800 @ btw 5K and 1600 pace
400 @ 1600
200 @ 800
400 all out

Not everyone will do the full version of this workout based on your current fitness level.

Excited to see everyone @ 7:30 tomorrow.

I’ll be at the Twin Lakes YMCA east pavilion in Cedar Park @ 8:00 a.m. for those interested in getting in a run at a different location. We’ll be doing an out and back on the paved trail. Parents, it’s a great place to get a walk, jog, or bike ride in while your child goes for a run if you don’t feel comfortable running with us.
