We will have our team picture at 4:30 pm on Thursday at the track. We will have a short pre-meet practice after the team picture. I will pass out uniforms at 4:15. There will be NO morning practice on Thursday.
Wednesday our mandatory practice will be at 6:15 am. There’s an optional community run in the evening at 6:00 pm with the middle school team. This is a great chance to get an easy run to aide in recovery from the morning’s workout. Pizza and drinks will be provided after practice for $5.
Finally, the bus will leave at 6:15 am on Friday. We did a great job getting there on time last week. Please be on time again this week.
Make sure you are completing any assignments you are missing to attend XC meets.
