Practice Schedule This Week

Monday-Thursday will be our normal 6:15-7:30 practice. Friday will be a 30 minute run on your own (no organized practice). I’m giving you Friday off from organized practice because we will have a mandatory practice at 8:00 am on Saturday. We will be doing a 1600, spiked up, time trial. You’ve put in some amazing work over the past 46 days and I think your current 1600 times will surprise you.
Please have your washed uniform ready to return on Saturday morning so I can get a correct inventory.
Practice Plan
Monday-Long run
Tuesday-Recovery and 4×200
Wednesday-Track workout
Thursday-Long run
Friday-4×200 and 30 min on your own
Saturday- 1600 Time Trial, repeat 400’s

Final note: amazing job from the team on Saturday. I know you were tired from the work you put in Tuesday/Thursday. That was the plan. September 10th-14th is a 5 day stretch that will benefit us down the road.
