These are your workouts for the week. we are still trying to focus on our pace.

USE THE CHARTS I SENT OUT LAST WEEK.

Mon- 4.5 mile run. Easy mileage, not a hard run just make sure you do not walk.

Tuesd- 2 miles at your PPM.

Wed- 3 miles Lactic Threshold

Thursday- 3 miles PPM

Friday- 3.5 at Lactic Threshold

Saturday- 1 mile in the morning at PPM

3.5 miles in the afternoon at Lactic Threshold.
